Suja Katarya is the Co-Founder, CEO and Managing Partner since 2013. Previously, Suja was Vice President for Strategic Programs at Consolidated Container Company (CCC), where she focused on acquisitions and integration of the acquired companies. Prior to CCC, Suja worked as a Director at Unisource. Suja started her career with SunTrust Bank in their Mergers and Acquisitions group, and then moved on to SunTrust Equity Partners focusing on equity and mezzanine debt investments. Suja has an MBA from Georgia Tech and an engineering degree from RV College in India. She resides with her husband and two children in Atlanta.
Keith Brower, Co-Founder and Managing Partner since 2013. Commissioned Officer, U.S. Army 1970-1997. Keith retired as Colonel. He was recognized as the Department of Defense Military Comptroller of the Year (1997) and the Department of the Army Comptroller of the Year (1996), inducted into the Defense Industrial Supply Center Hall of Fame (1994). Upon retirement from active military duty, joined Rubbermaid where he was the Vice President of Global Procurement. Senior Vice President and Chief Procurement Officer Consolidated Container Company, 1999-2013. BA and MA, University of Richmond, VA (English); MBA, Long Island University (Marketing); graduate of the Army War College, Carlisle Barracks, PA; the Army Command & General Staff College, Fort Leavenworth, KS; and the Armed Forces Staff College, Norfolk, VA. Married, resides in Midlothian, VA.
David Hoffer joined Procurement Advisors in February 2014 as Director of Corrugated Programs. Prior to joining Procurement Advisors, David spent one year with Graphic Packaging as the Manager of Corrugated Procurement. David also worked eighteen years for Newell Rubbermaid as the Corporate Director of Global Packaging. David has significant experience in developing and implementing collaborative sourcing strategies to deliver productivity gains, reduce lead-times, improve service levels, exceed supplier quality goals, and deliver annual commodity price guidance for planning purposes. David graduated from The Ohio State University, majoring in Transportation and Logistics. Married, resides in the Atlanta area.
Joannie Vatistas joined Procurement Advisors as a Director of MRO Programs in April 2014. Prior to joining PA, Joannie spent several years as a member of the Strategic Initiatives team at Consolidated Container Company where she was actively involved in providing dynamic industry information, competitive landscaping and responsible for delivering results in several asset optimization projects and energy improvement programs. In 2008, Joannie joined the Merchandising Services team at The Home Depot SSC based out of Atlanta, GA. as a leader in Space Planning, partnering with cross functional teams to identify and distribute the optimal product assortment and execution strategy in a variety of core categories across 2000+ store nationwide. A graduate of Georgia State University with a BBA in Economics, Joannie resides in Atlanta with her husband and two children.
Mrugaya (Mu) Wagh joined the PA Team as a Director in September 2013. Prior to joining PA, Mu worked at the American Cancer Society in the Health Promotion department to optimize the performance of programs and services offered to patients and caregivers. She holds a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Engineering from Mumbai, India. After relocating to the United States, Mu attended the Naveen Jindal School of Business at University of Texas, Dallas where she earned her M.B.A. in Organization and Strategic Planning and is a founding member of the first MBA Society and the first Career Fair for their School of Management students. She lives with her husband and two children in North Atlanta since 2006.
Joanna Stankiewicz joined the PA team in 2015 and was quickly promoted to her current position as Director of Implementation. She provides innovative solutions for her clients by leveraging her past experience in accounting with Ball Corporation and procurement with the Coca-Cola Company. Her Fortune 500 background prepared her to meet the challenges and demands of providing top of the line results for her international client base. She graduated from George Mason University, is fluent in Polish, and working to become conversational in French. She resides in Buckhead with her husband and enjoys traveling and volunteering for Habitat for Humanity.
Kelly Crowder joined Procurement Advisors in April 2016. Prior to joining PA, Kelly spent eight years at The Home Depot where she held roles of increasing responsibility in supply chain and merchandising, to include managing inventory for key categories, developing new supply chain processes and software tools, and managing merchandising strategies and product assortment changes in stores. Kelly holds a Bachelor of Business Administration degree in Marketing from the University of Georgia. A native to the Atlanta area, Kelly lives in Marietta, Georgia with her husband and her dog.
Javier Gibbs joined Procurement Advisors as a Director of Implementation and Account Management in August of 2017. Prior to joining PA, Javier was a Sr. Manager in the Omnichannel Operations team at The Home Depot responsible for the sales, operations, and strategy for all orders originating on HomeDepot.com and picked up in any of their 2,000 U.S. stores. His 9 year career at The Home Depot included roles of increasing responsibility in Store Operations, Ad Event Management, Inventory Planning, and E-Commerce. In addition to The Home Depot, he brings procurement experience from Bluelinx Corporation and entrepreneurial knowledge as a founder of an online retail venture. Javier is a graduate of Georgia Southern University with a BS in Information Technology and Supply Chain Management.
Fred Renteria joined Procurement Advisors in April 2018 as Vice President of Corporate Services. Prior to joining PA, Fred was the Vice President of Purchasing and Vendor Services at the Miner Corporation where he held responsibility over parts suppliers, third-party labor contractors, in-direct spend, and fleet management. Previous to Miner, Fred managed both Capital and Expense spend for 2,000 stores at The Home Depot SSC based out of Atlanta GA. Fred has an MBA from CIMBA in Asolo, Italy and a BS from The University of Texas at Austin. He resides in Atlanta with his wife and daughter.
Tara Thompson joined the Procurement Advisors Team as a Sr. Manager in March 2017. Prior to joining PA, Tara worked for four years at Georgia-Pacific LLC where she started in Demand Planning for the Commercial division, supporting the paper mills in optimizing line time and product schedules. She then moved to Manager of Outsourced Planning for the Innovation Team, focusing on the new product lines in Chemical Solutions. Prior to GP, Tara worked for four years in various Supply Chain roles at The Home Depot, mainly focused on Inventory Planning and Optimization. She holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration - Marketing from the University of Alabama, Huntsville. Tara currently resides in Marietta, GA with her husband, Scott, and daughter, Lucy.
